Timing Cover
Rebuild
One of the most important aspects to rebuilding a 455 is to
correctly set up the clearance on the oil pump gears.
Although this is not an exceptionally hard job, if you do not
feel comfortable in doing so AM&P offers this service.
1 - Disassemble and remove bypass from oil filter housing.
2 - Thoroughly clean and inspect cover and oil filter
housing,      evaluate if suitable for rebuild.
3 - Chase all threads and repair as necessary.  
4 - Reinstall bypass
5 - Assemble with new AM&P blue printed gears and
wear plate. (clearance set to .002 -.003)

High Performance Rebuild

Same as above with the exceptions of modified oil passages
in timing cover and oil filter housing. Also includes new T/A
adjustable pressure regulator.
